Shipping and Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3 days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carrier that may be used is: U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 609.849.9933 for additional charges.
We want you to love what you ordered! If something is not right, please let us know. Your happiness with our swag is very important to us! If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please return it within 30 days. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and reason for return included within 30 days.
If you are returning or exchanging an item, please note that shipping back to Cape May Brewing Co. is at the customer’s expense. When returning your item, please write the invoice number somewhere on or in the package. In the case of a refund, your account will be credited within 7 days after we receive your return.
Local Pickup Policy:
Items marked for local pickup will be held in our Brewtique for 30 days. Any items left beyond 30 days will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued to the original purchase method.
