Exit Zero Jazz Festival at Cape May Brewing Company
The cultural event of the season is coming to Cape May Brewing Company! The Exit Zero Jazz Festival, one of Cape May’s time-honored traditions, will be in our Brewtanical Garden beginning Friday, April 23rd, and running through Sunday, April 25th.
12:00-7:00pm, Multiple Alternating Sets
Blending classic modern musical styles, Fat Mezz, a high-energy group of talented, young, South Jersey-based musicians, will entertain you with such artists as The Grateful Dead and Marvin Gaye, jamming out everything in between. This quartet has rocked our Brewtanical Garden in the past, and we’re thrilled to have them back for more. They’ll also be joined by horn players from the Big Boy Brass Band, so you won’t want to miss it!
Big Boy Brass Band will be making their Cape May Brewing Co. debut with infectious parade beats and rousing punctuations from the horns while keeping the funk percolating. The nine-piece band will play energetic New Orleans-style brass band music that pulls inspiration from many similar groups, as well as rock, pop, and funk influences.
We’ll be opening the gates at the Brewtanical Garden at 4pm on Friday. You can buy tickets in advance here — individual days of music are only $10 now, $15 at the door —, and don’t miss the Cape May Brewing Company Hops Pass! On the day of the show, your ticket will be good for a full day of music, but the Hops Pass is the real deal — for only $68, you’ll get first-come, first-served entry to select outdoor venues of the festival, including the Cape May Brewing Company Brewtanical Garden!
