"It’s brilliant! It’s tart, lively, and very refreshing."

Get the lowdown on Key Lime Corrosion!

This week, we got together over Zoom with Production Planning and Specialty Brewing Manager Brian Hink to get the lowdown on Key Lime Corrosion.

For Key Lime Corrosion, we took our revered sour IPA, Corrosion, already bursting with Citra and Centennial, and we turned it up a notch with a hefty dose of key lime juice and Motueka hops. Corrosion’s bright and citrusy notes of orange and lemon are ramped up with intense lime aromas, intensifying the tangy and vibrant finish, with puckering tartness and vibrant hops hanging in the balance.

Key Lime Corrosion hits shelves throughout New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware this coming Monday. Don’t miss it!

"Unlike others in the field, our seltzers are made using cane sugar and all-natural, fresh fruit juices, creating a flavor profile that you’re unlikely to find elsewhere -- fresh, crisp, and ridiculously refreshing.”

Cape May Hard Seltzer Variety Pack

At long, long last, your wait is over!

Over the past year or so, we’ve been developing a variety of different seltzer flavors, and we’ve been working hard to put them together in a variety pack, just as you asked.

So, beginning March 1st, the wait will be over. You’ll be able to find our grapefruit, watermelon, mango, and black cherry seltzers in a 12-can variety pack!

Key Lime Corrosion Reviews

Our long-time fan-favorite is about to hit shelves!

"It’s the perfect purple beverage.”

Get me some of That Grape Good Good

Remember that old commercial from the 80s, featuring some kids, after school, rummaging through a refrigerator looking for something to drink?

“Well, we’ve got soda… OJ… some purple stuff….”

(No? Just us? Are we dating ourselves?)

Anyway, this is that purple stuff!

We took our delectable grape shandy, The Purp, and turned it up a notch, added it to our imperial shandy line, and called it That Grape Good Good, available Friday, only in the Tasting Room!

Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Milkshake IPA is Available Now!

This week’s release has a lot going on. Not only did we take our inspiration from gooey and decadent chocolate-covered strawberries, but we decided to get them right into the beer, along with turning it into a milkshake IPA, because… well… at that point… why not?

Chocolate and strawberry and lactose and maltodextrin and hops and hops: there’s a lot to talk about here.

Regardless, Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Milkshake IPAeven typing it is a workout — releases in the Tasting Room on Friday, with distribution to New Jersey and Delaware on Monday and Pennsylvania on the 22nd.

“With its bright, citrusy notes and refreshing profile, Key Lime Corrosion is an excellent springtime beer, featuring its distinctive kick of lime and intense sour flavors."

Key Lime Corrosion is set for distribution!

Some beers are born great, and others have greatness thrust upon them. For Key Lime Corrosion, both of those things are true.

You see, Key Lime Corrosion began its journey as an already-great beer: Corrosion. Then, for an event for Philly Beer Week in 2016, we had the bright idea to add some key lime juice to Corrosion, thrusting further greatness upon it.

The key lime variant has since become a favorite of fans and staff alike, and we know better than to keep all of that goodness for ourselves, so we’re scaling it up and setting it free. Key Lime Corrosion will be available in the Tasting Room and Brewtique beginning February 12th, and will hit shelves across our area beginning February 22nd!

“If we had dropped the ABV a smidge this would be an all-day drinking beer, but I could still put down a few without getting tired of it or blowing out my palate.”

Two Versions of Me

There are few things better than a good collaboration, and our most recent collaboration is a good one.

This time, we’ve partnered with a brewery which, in all likelihood, you’re probably pretty familiar with. A well-respected South Jersey brewery, they’ve been killing it lately, with a meteoric rise that mirrors our own.

We’re talking about Tonewood Brewing Company in Oaklyn, of course. Only a short drive from Cape May, we’re all pretty excited about this collaboration.

A West Coast-style IPA called Two Versions of Me, it will be available in our Tasting Room on Friday, January 22nd, with distribution throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania beginning the following Monday, January 25th.
