As a brewer at Cape May Brewing Company, you will be responsible for monitoring and carrying out brewhouse, fermenting, filtration, blending processes, and operations in the execution of the daily work schedule in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

As a cellarperson, you will be responsible for fermentation, centrifuging, and carbonation of beer to packaging in the execution of the daily work schedule in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate is over 21 years of age, has a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of two years of experience as a brewer or cellarperson in a brewery producing 5,000 barrels or more or three years of packaging experience in a brewery producing 10,000 barrels or more. As a laboratory technician at Cape May Brewing Company, you will be an integral part of a team that is responsible for ensuring that all corporate product-quality standards are being met and exceeded. You will do this by performing daily physical and microbiological testing to assure that critical operations and products are conforming to specification, communicating to supervision when they are not, and providing technical guidance to the operational teams as needed.
The ideal candidate is 21 years of age or older and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field, with coursework in brewing and/or fermentation science strongly preferred. In addition, we’re looking for someone with two years of experience in a food or beverage QA/QC lab environment, with HACCP or Food Safety training a plus.

Part-Time Distribution Specialist
Based in Egg Harbor Township, the Distribution Specialist is responsible for the delivery of packaged beer to our customers ensuring the highest of customer service and reliability. They’re the folks out on the road, ensuring that our beer makes it safely and responsibly into your hands, by way of your favorite retailer.
You’ll need to be over 21 years of age, with at least a high school diploma and a clean driving record. We’re looking for someone with at least one year of commercial driving experience — wholesale beverage delivery is a plus! You don’t need a CDL for this position, but it’s definitely a plus!

The Sales Manager is responsible for creating and building relationships with key retailers within his or her region, executing within key on- and off-premise accounts by growing sales and market share through product distribution, display execution, and promotion within his or her assigned market. This position will concentrate on key markets within multiple cities/counties. The Sales Manager will spend approximately 80% of their time in retail execution and must live in or close to their sales territory.
We’re looking to staff three territories: Morris, Union, and Hunterdon Counties; Bergen, Essex, and Hudson Counties; and Ocean County.
Three or more years of wholesaler sales or brewery sales experience gets you a leg up in applying for these positions (preferred). A valid driver’s license and a good driving record required.
