What would you say to a job with awesome pay, great health benefits, 401(k) matching, cool swag, and an awesome company culture?
Oh, yeah. And you’d be a part of bringing the world THE MOST AWESOMEST BEER EVER.
Sounds too good to be true? Well, that’s simply how we roll at Cape May Brewing Company and Cape Beverage.
We’re hiring for four exciting jobs in Cape May and in Egg Harbor Township — now’s your chance!
If you love crunching numbers, preparing reports, monitoring a bunch of our accounting data, reviewing and analyzing financial statements, and coming up with new ways to do old things, then the Accounting Manager is the job for you.
In this full-time, Cape May-based position, we’re looking for someone with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance — with an MBA preferred — and five or more years of related experience in accounting.
Cape May Brewing Company Warehouse Associate
Remember Tetris? That old-school game where the blocks would keep falling from the sky and you had to make quick decisions as to the best place to put them? That’s basically life in the CMBC warehouse, except that the blocks are pallets of beer and they don’t fall from the sky.
As the Warehouse Associate, in this part-time, 30-hour-per-week job, you’ll be assisting Warehouse Manager Polly Pollock-Bell in keeping our stock and ingredients well-organized and rotated. It takes strong communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills, and you’ll get to drive a forklift! (We’ll train you. Beer comes after forklift. Work safe, work smart.)
You know them. You love them. They’re the Brewtique Crew, and you can be a part of it!
If you’ve ever had a chance to meet the great and wonderful people who work in the Brewtique, you know it takes someone with an eye toward customer service. Most days, you’ll be filling online orders, helping customers select merchandise, and working our order window or our pickup window.
However, be prepared to understand what “stress” really means on a major limited-release day, when the line is snaked around the building and everyone and their mother from three states is clamoring for more Blueberry Lemon Crushin’ It than we can give them.
It’s a fast-paced environment, but well worth it.
For this part-time position, we’re looking for someone with a strong background in retail, some experience operating a POS (we’ll train you on ours), and a responsible attitude.

Our barbacks are the lifeblood of Cape May Brewing Company, ensuring that everything in the Tasting Room, Beer Garden, and Brewtanical Garden continues to run smoothly.
You’ll be clearing our guests’ tables of used cups and glasses, keeping the Tasting Room, Brewtique, and Beer Garden clean, and moving a ton of beer from one place to another. (Literally. It won’t take you long to have moved an entire ton of beer in your time as a barback.)
This part-time position is fast-paced and fun, with a lot of physical labor — those kegs are heavy –, but no experience is necessary! We’ll train you on everything that needs to be done around the Tasting Room.
A barback at Cape May Brewing Company is a great first step for anyone who loves beer and is considering a career in brewing — either on the retail side or on the production floor.
If these jobs sound like you — or anyone you know — see our Careers page for information on how to apply. Good luck!
