"They’re the best. We really do work well together, we’re a good team, and we have a lot of fun."

Our Events Team

Odds are, you’ve met these women. You’ve seen them out at our Tap Takeovers or at beer dinners or at any number of beer festivals throughout the region.

They’re our intrepid Events Team: Jenna Tesauro and Lauren Frech have been with us for a little over three years, and, since we’ve added a new member of the team — not coincidentally Jenna’s twin sister Danielle –, we figured it was time to introduce our fans to these wonderful ladies.

“I’d be lost without them,” says Events Coordinator Randi Friel. “They’re incredibly hard workers. They’re out in the field, rain or shine, running awesome tap takeovers and beer festivals, answering questions from new fans — all while getting our beer to flow through our sometimes-temperamental jockey boxes. They are perfect.”

And Randi’s not just trying to make them sound good — they really are amazing. However, if you’ve been to an event that features our beer, you probably already know that.

Our tri-athletes!

Escape the Cape weekend is a big one in Cape May. Several thousand competitors descend upon our fair town, biking, running, and swimming in some of the most beautiful terrain you’ll find in competitive triathlons.

We’re thrilled to be part of it each year, brewing a special beer — Escape the Cape — to mark the occasion.

This year will be truly something special — three members of the Brew Crew have agreed to run a relay team for us! We got together with Paul Greer, Lauren Frech, and Caitlin Gard to get their thoughts on swimming/running/biking their leg of this award-winning triathlon.

Meet Lauren!

Our Events Team rocks — we really wish we got to see them more often! They’re always out and about — CMBC is essentially a second job for most of them.

Lauren Frech is no exception.

Her full-time gig is corporate fundraising for her family’s business that keeps her running everywhere from Ohio to Maryland (and everywhere in-between). She has an eleven-year-old “purebred mutt” named Lucy that she forever-homed while in North Carolina.

“She kayaks, hikes, travels, and basically does everything I do and goes everywhere I go,” Lauren tells us.

Chief Celebrations Officer Randi Friel (Lauren’s boss) says, “She’s a really hard worker, always has a smile on her face and an upbeat attitude. And if you have a question about our beer, she’ll know the answer.”

So, without further ado… meet Lauren!
