What Do I Have to Do to Get Lady in Room #10?
We know you’re chomping at the bit to get your hands on the latest release in our Barrel Aged Series, Lady in Room #10. However, we also know that you’ve got a few questions, so we’ve got a few answers!
Whoa! What’s going on down there at the Cape May Airport? How do I even get to you guys?!?
The Delaware River and Bay Authority (which runs the airport) and Cape May County are doing some construction. We told you all about it back in January — it was supposed to be complete by now, but…. You need to be on your toes.
At the moment, your best bet is not to use the Hornet Road entrance, near the big airport sign. Instead, make the turn at the Fire Department — Lexington Road. The second left is Ranger Road — turn there and park behind the Tasting Room. There’s a huge, new parking lot back there, and there are signs to guide you. You’re still going to need to come around through the front door; you’ve still got to take the self-guided tour. New Jersey’s laws haven’t changed. (Yet.)
The good news is that the construction is nearing its end. Hold tight!
Am I going to be able to try Lady in Room #10?
We’ll have a special sixtel of Lady in Room #10 on tap so you can check out all of its sour brown ale goodness when you stop by. In addition, we’ll have two of our other releases from this year’s series — Phantom Crew and Higbee — for your quaffing pleasure.
Also… this is the first time we’ve had three of our Barrel Aged Series on tap. That’s big. You should come down just for that.
Man! These beers really sound awesome. I really wish I could talk to the guys who brewed them….
From noon to three pm, we’ll have Director of Brewing Operations Jimmy Valm and Production Brewers Andrew Ewing and Kevin Kately on hand to answer all of your questions about these beers, our sour program, our barrel-aging program, their beards, and whether their mommas are proud of them. (Hint: They are.)
So, it looks like I’m going to love all three of these beers. I’d really love to be able to try them side-by-side….
Well… we’ve got a special Sour Tasting Flight available on Saturday. You’ll be able to try all three barrel-aged brews for $12. We know… that’s only going to make your decision more difficult.
Also, we’ve got three-packs all packed up and waiting for this particular eventuality. Normally $20 a pop, but when you buy them together, you save five bucks. Only $55 for three great beers!
Okay, so… when does all of this go down?
Saturday, October 21st, when our doors open at noon.
Be there! Lady in Room #10 is waiting for you….
