We've got brews this weekend for each occasion!

Bright Days and Cool Nights

It’s the moment many of you have been waiting for since late last year…it’s almost like the weather here in South Jersey has been preparing for it, too!

Mop Water, our 7.3% Spiced Ale, is back, starting today, Friday October 1st!

But that’s not all. Although Mop Water is a sweet, winter-y brew that even Santa himself would approve of, we’re not quite ready to let go of summer just yet. Which is why we have a new seltzer flavor, the first in two years, for folks to try out!

Pineapple Hard Seltzer is infused with fresh pineapple juice and lime juice for a crisp and refreshing brew made with cold-fermented all-natural cane sugar. It’s also gluten-free!

Mop Water has been a staple for years, and despite its somewhat questionable name, folks were adamant about not only keeping this one around, but also keeping the same name too, and we were more than happy to oblige!

For those who haven’t tried it yet, a) where have you been??, and b) Brewer Emily Siddall’s mom, and adamant Cape May Brew Co. fan Carole Siddall, can assure you that it’s much, much better than the homemade version.

(Ed. note:  Hah, get it? Homemade version…but seriously though, please don’t drink actual mopwater.)

Make sure you give this delicious dessert-in-a-can a try!

It’s the perfect drink to bring to friends and family members who may not be beer drinkers, makes a great gift, and is a go-to beer for those of us looking forward to the upcoming season and cooler weather!

Mop Water is available in the Cape May Tasting Room today, October 1st, and will be out for distribution throughout New Jersey starting Monday, October 4th. Eastern Pennsylvania, you’ll be getting the brew later this month as well! Stay tuned to @capemaybrewco for details on specific dates.

Prior to our release of Cape May Hard Seltzers, we typically couldn’t guarantee that our brews were gluten-free, but with our seltzers, the alcohol comes from cold-fermented cane sugar, so there’s no malt or grains like you’d usually see with our beers!

If you’ve had some other hard seltzers, but not ours yet, we definitely urge you to give these a try. We have Grapefruit, Mango, and Pineapple available in their own six-packs this weekend. Our seltzers are typically available most of the year, but if you want to try out Pineapple, make sure you place an online order to snag your six-pack or stop by our Brewtique and pick some up this weekend!

Pineapple Hard Seltzer is available exclusively in the Cape May Tasting Room starting today, October 1st, while supplies last.
