Subtle hints of red wine aromas complement the Saison’s natural complexity, finally disembarking with a dry finish that leaves you longing for another sip. Left to bottle condition for three additional months, if consumed fresh, The Scupper is a rustic and oaken Saison, but if stowed away, a far more complex and funky journey awaits.
