A mixed-ferm Saison brewed with Rabbit Hill malt, wheat, and oats, and flaked Rye, fermented with a co-pitch of our favorite Belgian Saison strain and our favorite funkifier Brett Lambicus, Erosion is hopped with two of our favorite German hops: Saaz and Hallertau Blanc. Left to condition for nine months, Erosion is dry and rustic, with an earthy and effervescent finish with underlying notes of grass and hay, a peppery phenolic bite, and a brilliant aroma of fruity esters and farmhouse lore.
