When our Lab Team was tasked with designing their own beer, they opted for one that flies in the face of all things QA/QC by brewing a 100% Brettanomyces-fermented IPA. Normally responsible for ensuring Brett and bacteria stay out of our beers, the Lab Team threw caution to the wind – then aggressively hopped this Brett-filled IPA with Idaho 7 and Azacca. The result is Aiding and A’bretting: dry, fruity, and abundantly hoppy.
